Odin is our AI assistant for analytics, purpose-built to simplify the way you engage with and interpret your dashboards. No more stare-and-compare marathons or revisiting the same reports multiple times, trying to see or interpret something new.  Odin can handle the first pass (or second or third) of data analysis, highlight trends, identify anomalies, and even offer recommendations.

How Odin Works

Using Odin is simple: just click on the "Analyze with Odin" button on any dashboard. In seconds, Odin aggregates your data, contextualizes it, and presents an analysis that covers trends, performance, and improvement suggestions. This initial analysis goes beyond simple pattern recognition; Odin understands the nuances of metrics specific to your business (e.g., MQLs, deal stages), allowing it to produce a highly relevant assessment of your data.

Best of all, a full dashboard analysis takes one (1) credit out of your allotment.  Chat with Odin further on the same credit, you’ll only be deducted per dashboard analysis.

Diving Deeper with Odin’s Q&A

Odin isn’t just a static report generator—it’s interactive. You can ask Odin questions to probe deeper into the data. For example, if you want to pinpoint underperforming campaigns, just ask Odin for recommendations on campaigns to pause. Odin will analyze campaign performance metrics, factor in audience engagement, and surface a list of campaigns that may no longer serve your goals.

A New Level of Precision for Recommendations

If the initial analysis feels too broad, Odin can also suggest additional reports to enhance dashboard depth. This function is perfect for refining your insights by identifying gaps in data that, once filled, enrich Odin’s ability to generate actionable recommendations. Privacy and Infrastructure for Odin

What Are Golden Paths?

Golden Paths helps you visualize multi-touchpoint customer journeys, identifying the sequence of channels or touchpoints that lead to a conversion. Instead of guessing or hypothesizing, you can now see a clear, data-backed map of your customers' most common paths as they progress towards deal creation or closed won.

How Golden Paths Work

Golden Paths is highly configurable. You can define:

  • The goal of your path (such as a conversion to “deal closed”)
  • The property to track (like channels or specific actions)
  • Path length, which limits the number of steps in the path (e.g., a three-step sequence from initial touchpoint to conversion)

Once configured, Golden Paths generates a detailed journey map that’s scored based on the frequency and impact of each path. Not only does this scoring reflect how popular a path is, but it also considers how much it improves your conversion rate, allowing you to focus on paths that are both prevalent and effective.

Clear Visuals for Intentional Journey Building

Golden Paths offers insights that might otherwise remain hidden. For example, you might discover that customers who interact first with organic social, then through organic search, are more likely to convert. This type of insight is invaluable—it helps you invest in channels that not only drive initial awareness but also encourage continued engagement and drive conversions.

  • Text-to-report: Soon, Odin will be able to create reports for you, not just analyze them. Odin will continuously analyze your data in the background and proactively provide insights and recommendations, as well as visualizations on demand based on your chat request.
  • Account Intelligence: We’re building a scoring system for high-intent accounts based on HockeyStack data. Unlike other “black-box” systems, our scoring criteria will be fully transparent, customizable, and tuned to your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Integrated contact discovery will also be available, simplifying outreach for your sales team.
  • Salesforce Integration: We’re working on an integration that will bring HockeyStack insights directly into your Salesforce instance, streamlining the workflow for your sales team by surfacing high-priority accounts without reps leaving their usual tools.
