Here’s how it works:
Step 1: Detect website activity and identify contacts
Under Account Intelligence, select Workflows.
From here, you’ll first want to identify high-intent prospects by selecting which webpage visits indicate high-intent, such as visits to pricing or live demo pages. HockeyStack will filter your website audience for these visitors and de-anonymize individuals so you can automate follow-up to high-intent website visitors as desired.
Step 2: Qualify your ICP
For individual visitors that can’t be de-anonymized, HockeyStack or another third-party vendor can identify the account of the visitor on your website.
With both de-anonymized visitors and high-intent accounts, you’ll want to filter out any companies that don’t meet your ideal customer profile. Define the parameters for accounts that meet your ICP. For example, maybe your customer base is B2B software companies with over 500 employees that are located in the United States or Canada. Using third-party data vendors, HockeyStack makes it simple to uncover this information and remove those contacts and accounts which do not fit your ICP criteria from your audience.
Step 3: Build an audience of contacts at accounts showing intent
From here, you can pull contact information from your CRM or automate prospecting for contact information of contacts within an account, such as a director-level or above employee in sales development. This will come in handy when you’re ready to decide on channels and format for your outreach.
Step 4: Build workflow
Once you've refined your list of high-intent website visitors to those who match your ideal customer profile and buyer persona, you can automate outreach to this audience. For example, you can enroll these prospects in an Outreach sequence with targeted messaging that highlights your value proposition and drives them toward a sales meeting.
