Step 4: Build workflow

Sync the audience of contacts at accounts with hiring signals to your ad platforms like LinkedIn and Google to serve ads relevant to the role which is being hired. For example, you could target the audience with ads which highlight how your product could help reduce the workload of the function they are hiring for.
