Send targeted content based on website visitors’ activity
Identify website visitor activity and send tailored content.
The more personalized your outreach is, the more likely you can open the door for a conversation with your prospects. Leveraging a visitor’s activity on your website is one great way to do this, and Workflows can help!

Step 1: Qualify your ICP
Under Account Intelligence, select Workflows.
Not every account owner that visits your website will fit your ICP, which is why in this stage it’s important to narrow down your target accounts. For example, maybe you’re only interested in moving forward with U.S. and Canada-based B2B software companies with 500 or more employees.
Step 2: Detect website activity and identify contacts
HockeyStack can automatically de-anonymize contacts within an account and uncover which page(s) they’ve visited. You can also sort contacts identified by buyer persona, such as visitors who went to product pages targeting specific personas or use cases and those that went to pricing pages, to use as you bundle outbound workflows. When those accounts have been identified and their contact information revealed, you’re ready for the next step.
Step 3: Build workflow
Now that you have segmented your website visitors by persona or use cases, you can set up automated cold email sequencing that matches their interests. For example, you could send prospects that have visited your sales leaders persona pages to a sequence in Outreach tailored to sales development leaders and addressing pain points they often experience in relation to manual sales prospecting tasks.
With this approach, you can increase engagement with cold outreach and deliver relevant information to the appropriate audience while they’re actively browsing your website.
